Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

ADVANCE WAREHOUSE RATE: Freight must be received on or prior to March 17th. After this date, freight will be received through March 25th with a 50% surcharge added.
Once shipment is received, you will get an email confirmation back with a link and instructions to complete payment of services.

Exhibitor Schedule (New Days of the Week)
Exhibitor Set Up: Wednesday, March 29, 2023
Please check in at the GEMSA Conference Registration Booth located at the entrance of the Legacy Lodge conference area. Vendor registration will be on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. When checking in, you will receive your name tag(s), meal ticket(s) if purchased, and a conference packet. A member from GEMSA will assist in directing you to your assigned booth area and will make sure you have everything you need. The Exhibit Area will be located in a secure room that will be locked when the vendor area is not open.

4:15 pm - Exhibit Hall Closes and breakdown begins
Note: The exhibit hall will not be open on Friday morning. We expect you to stay until 4:15 pm on Thursday unless you make prior arrangements with us.
Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist (email@example.com) more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.
Name badges will only be provided for booth personnel up to a maximum of four people. Others may work your booth, but we will not provide name badges for them. We will print these once you check-in at the conference.
Continuing Education Hours
Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Donations for Give-a-ways
Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. Please collect names or contact information at your booth. On the last afternoon of the conference, we will let you draw a winner and help you announce it if needed. See GEMSA staff at the conference to schedule your drawing.
