Base fee:

Conference Patron – $1,500.00
Standard Booth, Company Logo in conference materials and on website registration page with signage displayed in a prominent location.
Conference Sponsor – $2,000.00
Large Booth, Company Logo in conference materials and on website registration page, signage displayed in a prominent location, 2 meal tickets, booth electricity, and more.
Large Booth - 10x20 – $1,300.00
A large booth is 10'x20' with pipe and draping. Booth space includes two tables, four chairs, and ONE MEAL TICKET.
Sponsorship only, no booth
If you would like to support the GEMSA Conference through a sponsorship, but do not wish to have a booth, select this option. The sponsorship levels are available on the registration form.
Standard Booth - 10x10 – $900.00
Standard Booth space is 10'x10' with pipe and draping. Booth space includes one table, two chairs, and ONE MEAL TICKET.
Vehicle Space & Booth – $1,600.00
This space includes a 10x10 booth inside the exhibit hall and a vehicle parking space in the driveway right outside the main entrance and exhibit hall. Inside booth includes one table, two chairs, and ONE MEAL TICKET.

Register

The GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference happens each fall. Our exhibitors allow us to maintain our registration cost so we can keep the conferences affordable for each EMS professional in the state. It’s our goal to make our exhibitors feel that they’re receiving a benefit for the cost that they’re spending.

The mission of the Georgia Emergency Medical Services Association is to advocate for the emergency medical provider, develop educational programs, liaison activities, provider benefit programs, and improvements to the Emergency Medical Service System in Georgia.
