2026 GEMSA Directors & Leadership Conference

Conference Dates

  • Awards Reception: Tuesday, March 17 at 7:00 PM (separate registration required)

  • Conference: March 18–20, 2026
    -Wednesday: Registration opens 10:30 AM | Opening Session at Noon
    -Thursday: Full day of sessions
    -Friday: Conference concludes at Noon

Conference Deadlines

  • February 13, 2026 - Early Registration Deadline
    (price increases by $50 on Feb. 14)
  • February 13, 2026 - Cancellation Deadline

  • March 6, 2026 - Payment Deadline
    (To confirm your attendance, you must pay online or send your payment to the GEMSA office on or before this date.)
  • March 6, 2026 - Online registration deadline
    (After this date, you must register on-site and will incur an additional $25 fee)

  • All payments must be received in the GEMSA office by  March 6 to confirm your attendance at the conference.  Please mail your payment or make sure to pay online on or before March 6.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in either writing or online by February 13, 2026 will receive a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS after February 13, 2026.

Conference Rates 

$250 - GEMSA Member
$300 - Non-Member (includes a one-year GEMSA  membership in the providers or educators division.)

Standard Conference Registration includes CEU lectures on March 18-20; continental breakfast, lunch and dinner - March 19 & continental breakfast - March 20.

Day Rates - Member / Nonmember

  • Wednesday, March 18 - $100 / $125
  • Thursday, March 18 - $175 / $200
  • Friday, March 19 - $100 / $125
