Conference:
Wednesday, March 29 - Registration/Exhibits open at 10:30 am
Wednesday, March 29 - Opening session starts at 12 pm
Thursday, March 30 - Sessions from 8 am - 5 pm
Friday, March 31 - Conference ends at 12 pm

Conference Deadlines

  • March 15, 2023 - Early Registration Deadline
    (price increases by $50 on March 16)
  • March 15, 2023 - Cancellation Deadline

  • March 22, 2023 - Payment Deadline
    (To confirm your attendance, you must pay online or send your payment to the GEMSA office on or before this date.)
  • March 22, 2023 - Online registration deadline
    (after this date, you must register on-site)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in either writing or online by March 15, 2023 will receive a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS after March 15, 2023.

Conference Rates 

$225 - GEMSA Member
$275 - Non-Member (includes a one-year GEMSA  membership in the providers or educators division.)
$150 - Student Rate (must submit Instructor Confirmation)

Standard Conference Registration includes lectures on March 29, 30 and 31; continental breakfast, lunch and dinner - March 30 & continental breakfast - March 31.

The earlybird deadline is March 15, and prices will increase $50 after that date.

Day Rates

$75 - Wednesday, March 29
$150 - Thursday, March 30
$75 - Friday, March 31
All payments must be received in the GEMSA office by  March 22 to confirm your attendance at the conference.  Please mail your payment or make sure to pay online on or before March 22.
