GEMSA CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Online Registration

Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.  Corporate sponsorship Packages are limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.   

PLATINUM CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

1-YEAR SPONSORSHIP $6,500
  • Corporate logo and website link on GEMSA home page sponsorship banner.
  • GEMSA preferred exhibitor status with link to company website on conference event pages.
  • Premium exhibit space with oversized booth or vehicle booth at each of the GEMSA conferences: Directors & Leadership Conference and Providers & Educators Conference, electricity, and two meal tickets per conference.
  • One manufacturer representative allowed per booth.
  • Full page ad in each GEMSA Journal magazine (two per year).
  • NEW - TWO Golf Hole Sponsorships at GEMSA Golf Tournament (Date TBD)
  • Banner space and recognition at each GEMSA event.
  • Company logo on brochures and programs for all GEMSA conferences.
  • Eight complimentary tickets to the EMS Awards Reception.
  • Authorization to use GEMSA logo on company website.

GOLD CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

1-YEAR SPONSORSHIP $4,250
  • Corporate logo and website link on GEMSA home page sponsorship banner.
  • Exhibit space with oversized booth or vehicle booth at ONE of the GEMSA conferences of your choosing or a single size booth at BOTH GEMSA Conferences: Directors & Leadership Conference and Providers & Educators Conference, electricity, and two meal tickets.
  • One manufacturer representative allowed per booth.
  • GEMSA preferred exhibitor status with link to company website on conference event pages.
  • NEW - One Golf Hole Sponsorship at GEMSA Golf Tournament (Date TBD)
  • Half page ad in each GEMSA Journal magazine (two per year).
  • Recognition at each GEMSA event.
  • Four complimentary tickets to the EMS Awards Reception.

SILVER CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

1-YEAR SPONSORSHIP $2,750
  • Exhibit space with oversized booth at ONE of the two GEMSA conferences: Directors & Leadership Conference or Providers & Educators Conference, electricity, and two meal tickets.
  • One manufacturer representative allowed per booth.
  • GEMSA preferred exhibitor status with link to company website on conference event pages.

  • Quarter page ad in each GEMSA Journal magazine (two per year).
